Hi, I'm Rita Wade. I entered the jewelry industry in 1996 and have spent the last three decades building a career rooted in sales, marketing, business operations, and helping people succeed. As a former brick-and-mortar jewelry retailer and current owner of a profitable retail and wholesale operation, I understand the realities of running a jewelry business because I continue to live it every day.
